Your system will be in test mode for 5 minutes. During this time it is not available for emergency calls
Test Call Instructions
We recommend that you do this monthly to keep your system in working order
- Grab hold of your primary button and press firmly until you hear an audio prompt coming from the speaker on your device.
- You will be connected with a live operator in just a few seconds!
- The operator will ask if you "need help or medical assistance", tell them you are just testing today.
- They will ask you a few follow up questions and then end the call by resetting your device.
- If you have any additional buttons repeat those steps for each button.
